Welcome to GILL HARRY. By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before finalizing your order.

1) General & Eligibility

  • Operation: This website is operated by GILL HARRY. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to GILL HARRY.

  • Age Limit: You must be at least 18 years old to independently use this website. If you are under 18, you must use this website under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all checkout paths.

2) Products, Limited Inventory & Cart Allocation

  • Stock Limits: All collections, limited edition drops, and collaborative gear are available in strictly limited quantities. Once sold out, restocks are never guaranteed.

  • Cart Status: Adding a product to your cart does not reserve or guarantee its availability. Inventory is confirmed and allocated only upon successful payment authorization at checkout.

  • Discontinuation: We reserve the absolute right to discontinue products, collections, or service structures at any time without prior notice.

3) Pricing & Payments

  • Currency: All financial values and prices listed across our storefront are in INR (Indian Rupee).

  • Gateway: We accept authorized debit/credit cards, Unified Payment Interface (UPI), net banking, and other online payment gateways.

  • Processing Fee: A flat 2.5% banking gateway processing fee applies to all online prepaid transactions.

  • Cancellation Before Shipping: If cancellation is requested before the order is dispatched, the refund will be processed after deducting the 2.5% gateway processing fee.

  • Cancellation After Shipping: If cancellation is requested after dispatch, or if the order is refused/returned by the customer after delivery, the refund amount will be subjected to the deduction of the 2.5% gateway fee and actual logistical reverse shipping charges.

4) Shipping, Delivery & Tracking 

  • Timelines: — Orders are processed and dispatched within the specific timelines explicitly defined in our official Shipping & Delivery Policy. 

  • Custody: Once a shipment is handed over to our regional third-party courier partners, transit logistics and technical delivery routes are governed under standard carrier protocols. 

5) Returns, Refunds & Category Exceptions

  • Policy Alignment: All return, refund, and exchange claims are strictly subject to the windows, parameters, and hygiene guidelines explicitly outlined in our live Return & Refund Policy page. 

  • PPCOD Exclusion: The prepaid ₹200 (INR) token amount paid during the PPCOD checkout option is strictly non-refundable if the customer refuses to accept the order at the doorstep, or if the customer is non-contactable during delivery.

6)  Anti-Bot, Automated Scripts & Anti-Fraud Policy

  • Prohibition: The use of automated scripts, checkout bots, scraper software, or external browser extensions to bypass queues or manipulate product availability is strictly prohibited.. 

  • Cancellation Rights: GILL HARRY reserves the absolute legal right to instantly cancel any order suspected of using bot software or displaying a high-risk fraud profile without prior warning.

7) Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All designs, typography, apparel graphics, logos, brand names, product media, and site content are the exclusive intellectual property of GILL HARRY. 

  • Restrictions: You may not copy, replicate, modify, download, or commercially exploit any material without explicit written consent from our brand executives.

8) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use our site, media, or garments for:

  • Any illegal, unauthorized, or structurally fraudulent purpose.

  • Infringing upon or violating our intellectual property rights or those of others.

  • Uploading viruses, malicious code, tracking loops, or data harvesting scripts.

9) Limitation of Liability

  • GILL HARRY shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the temporary unavailability of our site during high-volume drops or customer misuse of products.

10) Governing Law & Jurisdictional Claims

These Terms of Service and any transactional policies shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, under exclusive local court jurisdiction.

These Terms of Service and all associated transactional policies shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uttar Pradesh.
