RETURN & REFUND POLICY (APPAREL ONLY)

We are committed to providing a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.

  • This guarantee applies only to prepaid orders. COD orders are not eligible.
  • Partial payments, token amounts, or advance booking payments are strictly non-refundable, regardless of order cancellation, rejection, or return to our warehouse.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must remain unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

The Money-Back Guarantee Does Not Apply To:

  • COD orders
  • Sale products or combo/bundle offers
  • Returns requested after 3 days of delivery
  • Products showing signs of use, washing, stains, or damage
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging
  • Normal wear and tear (refer to exclusions below)
  • Partial payments or advance booking amounts

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges

Eligible prepaid apparel orders qualify for free returns and exchanges.

COD orders are eligible only for exchanges related to size or color of the same product. Refunds are not available for COD purchases.

Important Return Guidelines

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received — unworn, unwashed, stain-free, and undamaged.
  • Original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase are mandatory.
  • Customers must record an unboxing video to verify the condition of the received product.
  • Only the first order is eligible for return or exchange. Products once exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.
  • GILL HARRY will not be responsible if an incorrect or different item is returned.

Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping

  • One reverse pickup attempt will be arranged per order wherever service is available.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, customers must self-ship the item through a reliable courier service with proper packaging and tracking details.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and passes inspection, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method or designated bank account.
  • Refunds will not be approved if the returned product fails to meet the stated return conditions.

EXCLUSIONS – NORMAL WEAR & TEAR

Normal wear and tear refers to natural product deterioration caused by regular usage over time. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Color or print fading
  • Fabric pilling
  • Loss of elasticity
  • Shrinkage
  • Minor seam fraying

These conditions are not covered under the return or money-back guarantee.


EXCHANGE POLICY (APPAREL)

  • Exchanges are permitted only for a different size or color of the same product.
  • Exchanged items may be replaced with the same product or another product of equal or higher value. Any price difference must be paid by the customer.
  • Refunds will not be issued if the requested size or color is unavailable.
  • Exchange shipments will be processed only after the returned item successfully passes inspection.
  • Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary depending on location.

FREEBIE POLICY

  • Only one complimentary item is allowed per eligible order.
  • Freebies cannot be returned, exchanged, or converted into cash/store credit.
  • If an eligible order is cancelled or partially returned, and the remaining order value no longer qualifies for the freebie, the free item must also be returned.
  • If the free item is not returned, its MRP will be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Freebies are offered only while stocks last.
  • Complimentary products are not covered under warranty or after-sales support.

COMBAT EQUIPMENT POLICY

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects.
  • Defects must be reported within 2 days of delivery via email at support@gillharry.in along with product images and order details.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with proof of purchase.
  • Customers are required to self-ship defective products using a trackable courier service.
  • Returned products must reach us within 15 days from the delivery date.
  • Shorts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene considerations.

REFUND POLICY (ALL CATEGORIES)

  • Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 15–20 working days after the returned item reaches our warehouse.
  • All returned products undergo a quality inspection before refund approval.
  • GILL HARRY reserves the right to reject refund requests if products do not meet the stated return requirements.
  • Partial payments, token amounts, or advance booking payments remain non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation, rejection, or warehouse returns.
